Orders
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
Orders cannot be modified once placed. However, if you contact us at orders@laughingwear.com within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to assist with cancellations before processing begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options that are available at checkout.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and select international locations. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and generally follow USPS standard ground delivery schedules. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at orders@laughingwear.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For more details, please see our Returns Policy.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are accepted for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. To begin the process, email orders@laughingwear.com.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item.
How can I return an item?
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Are your shirts true to size?
Our shirts generally fit true to size. For specific measurements, please refer to the sizing chart on the product page or the size chart page.
Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
Yes, we offer personalized products on select items. Personalized options will be clearly noted in the product description when available. Please note that personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
